Brush Teeth

People who take good care of their teeth are less likely to have heart disease, according to a new study at the University of Bristol. Poor dental hygiene causes bleeding gums. This allows bacteria to enter the bloodstream and can lead to heart disease.

Dentists recommend that people brush their teeth after each meal, change their toothbrushes every three months and see a dentist twice a year.
